Complete Bar & Drinks Service
The bar plays an integral role in getting the celebrations underway and setting the tone for the event. The bar can act as a focal point and where your guests could be spending a lot of time, as it is the one service that is there for the duration of the day.
A seamless drinks and bar service can make all the difference.
We want to make sure you and your guests have the best bar experience possible, that’s why we include every detail necessary to make that happen.
As part of our complete bar experience, we take care of all your drink needs, meaning you are free to enjoy every moment of your special occasion and celebrate with your guests, without a single worry when it comes to your drinks.
Our complete bar experience starts at £375.00
Insurance & Licensing
It’s something we hope we never have to use, but rest assured we have comprehensive employer & public liability insurance cover.
We also have multiple license holders as part of our team so there will always be a licensee at your event. If you are booking our full service then the application of a temporary event notice (TEN), when needed, is included as standard.
Payment Options
You have the option to choose from cash bar (guests pay for their own drinks) part-paid bar (you pre-pay a set amount and your guests get a limited number of complimentary drinks on you) or an open bar (you generously pay for everything).
We accept both cash and card payment at the bar, although please note card payments are subject to availability of Wi-Fi or the signal strength of local mobile network at your chosen venue.
Set up & Break down
Set-Up: If possible, we like to set up the day prior to your event, but if this is not possible, we will arrive nice and early at your venue to set the entire bar up, get the drinks chilling, prepare your pre-booked drink packages and make sure the bar looks incredible for your guests arrival.
Break Down: Once your celebrations come to a close and not a moment sooner, we will put everything away and dismantle the bar with an aim to being off site within 90 minutes of the conclusion of your event.
If there are no waste facilities at your chosen venue, we will ensure all bar-related waste we have created is removed and we will dispose of it ourselves, responsibly.
Your choice of bars
Your booking includes the full bar set-up of your choice. This could be the Horsebox Bar, the Foliage Bar, the Pallet Bar or our Rustic Bar.
Barware & Equipment
All our bars have ample work surface, are beautifully finished and come equipped with bottle & wine cooler refrigeration.
Our bars also come stocked with all the barware needed to create the drinks at your event, thus your experience will be just like you would expect in any normal bar.
Glassware
Glassware is included in our bar provision for all drinks purchased at our bar and all drinks packages booked through us. We like to use real glass wherever possible. Mainly because the experience is so much better and because it’s more environmentally friendly than disposable.
Although we prefer to use real glassware, should our set up be in a marquee or a location where access to adequate washing up facilities is not available for us to use, we will use good quality environmentally friendly plastic glassware.
An extensive menu
Our entire drink list is always available, which includes cocktails, a huge range spirits including a great selection of premium and speciality gins, a wide range of mixers and soft drinks, lager, ale, cider, wine and of course fizz!
Cocktails
As part of our complete bar experience, we always have our standard cocktail list available at every event. We love getting creative, so you have the option to have signature cocktails or a bespoke cocktail menu created especially for your event.
Bartenders
Our staff are dressed in branded black shirt and trouser/skirt with a grey Jumping Jockey apron to finish. Not only do our team look the part, but they are experienced at what they do, attentive, friendly and a smile is assured. At your event we will ensure we have the appropriate number of staff for your event size and booking requirements so that your guests have the best possible bar experience.
Expert guidance
We appreciate that this could be the first event or wedding that you’ve had to organise, but it certainly isn’t ours. That’s why we are happy to offer you advice, extensive guidance and supplier recommendations so that you and your guests have the experience you hope to create.

Drinks package
Although your chosen venue may not apply corkage and you are free to supply your own drinks, it doesn’t suit everyone, particularly if you live some distance from the venue. Our drinks packages start from just £12.00 per person and offer a cost effective and completely hassle and stress-free solution of providing your guests with drinks for your event in just the right quantity.
Mileage & Travel
If your chosen venue for your celebration or event is outside of our 25-mile radius there will be a modest cost to cover staff travel, but we try to keep this low and will be able to let you know this when we supply your quote.
