More than just your average mobile bar
Our bars are available to Dry Hire
Dry hire is the hire of the bar structure only – no staff or stock. This is perfect for when you want to host an event and supply all your own drinks or venues wishing to expand or compliment their existing bar facilities.
We can advise on quantities of drinks needed for the event type and for the number of guests attending. For an additional cost we can supply professional uniformed staff to serve your drinks throughout, including the drinks reception, during the meal and from the bar.
Please note that dry hire is quite labour intensive for the hirer. It will be their responsibility to supply, store, transport all their drinks to the chosen venue and ensure there are adequate facilities on site to keep their drinks chilled. The hirer must also supply all the ice and garnishes and is responsible for the disposal of all bottles and drink related waste post event.

- Your choice of bar set up – Horsebox bar, Foliage Bar, Rustic Bar or Pallet Bar for one full day of hire including delivery the day before & after your event.
- 2 x Glass fronted bottle cooler fridges
- 3-Tier spirit bottle display shelf
- 10 Litre ice bucket
- Champagne bucket
- Bar mats
- Bar caddy stocked with straws, napkins & stirrers

How Dry Hire Works

Choose your bar -Horsebox, Rustic, Foliage or Pallet Bar. We recommend that you enquire about availability ASAP.
2
Decide if you’d like any extras – Staff, glassware, wine coolers, serving tables, etc.
3
Secure your booking – We will go through all the details together and get your booking in the diary!
Added hire extras
We have a selection of equipment available to add on to your dry hire booking, such as:
- Professional uniformed bar staff
- Additional refrigeration
- Glassware – standard or crystal
- Extra Barware & Cocktail making equipment
- Wine coolers and champagne buckets
- Ice
- Menu/Signage easels
- Welcome drink station/table(s)
- Kilner 5 litre drinks dispensers
- Hot Water Urn
- Glass or plastic jugs
- Various Decor items
- Igloo cool box
- Serving trays
